Dear Customer

I’m delighted to report that the last couple of months has seen our business return and exceed pre-Covid levels. With so much uncertainty, time will tell if this is sustainable, but for now, we will enjoy this period of strong market demand.

It now feels like it is the right time to get the customer facing teams off the bench and pick-up the exciting initiatives we were in the process of bringing to the market. So we can assess what level of engagement we can safely have with you, from 3 August 2020, the majority of the field-based teams are returning to work, part-time. We can make a physical visit, video or phone call, whatever works best for you.
