An internationally based organisation

Hambleside Danelaw is a manufacturing group established in 1975, which specialises in the production of roofing products and is based at three sites in the UK: Daventry, Inverness and Portsmouth.

The organisation is a member of the Hambleside group, itself established in 1970, which has business interests in the USA, Africa and Europe.  The Group as a whole is diverse with associated printing and publishing organisations in Nigeria. Other business interests in the UK include marketing support through the supply of business promotional gift items on a national and international basis and the procurement of printing materials and consumables.

Innovation

The Group has a strong research and development policy and this has resulted in the production of many unique products, the flush fitting slate and tile roof ventilators,  the Stormforce 225 high performance slate and tile valley troughs range,  the range of dry fix mortarless GRP valley troughs, the award winning Insulator GRP in plane rooflight system and the first GRP single ply flat roofing system, Dryseal.

Hambleside believes in developing close relationships with its customers, this helps to create a mutual understanding of each parties requirements and customer satisfaction is paramount.

Quality

Each of the Hambleside Danelaw sites is approved to the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. Much of the overall product range has BBA approval and certain GRP flashings and the Insulator rooflight products have been independently tested.
